Mr. Parker is the CEO of REACH3D a stereoscopic 3D technology development company focused on bringing 3D technology out of the entertainment realm and into our daily lives as a powerful and effective tool. REACH3D’s products and services are used by customers in markets as diverse as Digital Signage, Medical, Military, Education and others. Reach3D has launched a few 3D Medical Devices that are revolutionizing the minimally invasive surgical field. Mr. Parker spoke at the recent Georgia Tech Future Media conference and was recognized as one of the events thought leaders for his ideas on the potential of 3D in media and beyond. Reach3D also won the “Best 3D Product Award” at Digital Signage Expo in Las Vegas. Mr. Parker also presented at the 2013 Southeast Medical Device Association meeting which highlighted Reach3D Medicals Single Light Path Endoscopic system.
Mr. Parker also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of CityNet LLC. CityNet was formed in Panama City, FL in 2002. CityNet was the Bay County Chamber of Commerce 2004 Entrepreneurial Award recipient and won the prestigious IT Florida Excellence in IT leadership for 2006. Mr. Parker was also the founder of a local computer networking and Technology Company (Dynasty Technologies) which originated in 1993 and was the Chamber’s 2002 Small Business of the Year and was listed in 1999 Florida Trend magazine as one of the “Businesses to Watch”. Mr. Parker was recognized as a “Key Player” in downtown Panama City by Bay Life Magazine in 2006.
Clif has been a lifelong active participant within his community. He is currently a member of the Gulf Coast State College Advanced Technology Center Advisory Board. He is a former Board member of Florida’s Greater Northwest, a 16 county economic development organization. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Bay County Chambers of Commerce, Chairman of the Bay County Chamber's Local and State Government Committee, and Chairman of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Technology Committee. He has served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of several credit unions.
